Although self-check-in is available, all adult guests must provide a copy of their ID before arrival to be granted access to the property on the day of check-in. All guests and visitors must be registered with their IDs at least 24 hours before check-in.

The property is approximately 12 km from Benito Juárez International Airport (MEX).

Please review the following information before booking:

• Construction is taking place nearby, and daytime noise may occasionally be heard.
• Security cameras are installed outside the property.
• Guests must be at least 21 years old to book.
• After booking, you'll receive a secure link to sign our Rental Agreement and upload IDs for all adult guests before check-in.
• Failure to provide IDs before arrival will result in denied building access.
• Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight.
• Visitors must submit their ID at least one day in advance.
• A maximum of 5 visitors per day is allowed, and they must leave by 10:00 PM.
• Additional guests must be added through a reservation modification before arrival.
• Depending on the booking platform, a refundable security deposit may be required.
• Guests are responsible for any damages or excessive cleaning resulting from their stay.
• Smoking, drug use, and illegal activities are strictly prohibited inside the property. Violations incur a $300 USD fine.
• Parties, events, and excessive noise are not permitted.
• Cleaning service is available for an additional fee.
• Pets are allowed only with prior approval and an additional fee.
• A Pack 'n Play/crib is available upon request before check-in.
• Some stairs are required to access certain areas.
• Typical city noise, including traffic and construction, may be experienced.
• Elevator capacity is limited to 2 people with luggage or 3 people without luggage.
• Quiet hours must be respected. Neighbor complaints may result in a 2,000 MXN fine.
